Cute rancher near the University. Excellent rental with fabulous tenant ($900) who would love to stay on. ONE bedroom, very cute inside, located on a large corner lot. Why rent when you can own this sweet home? Perfect for a single person, couple or a VIU student. No stairs rancher- with big attached garage. Ranchers are hard to find, bus stop is right outside your door. City park is directly across the street. Wrap around deck, Very comfortable, nice open plan. Located across the street from a park. A short bike ride to VIU and University Shopping Centre and Starbucks! Better than renting!
